Fluid: Growl notifications and more

Deadline supports Fluid for Mac OS X. This allows you to:

• Launch Deadline from the Dock
• Get dock badge updates for the number of deadlines that are currently marked as "Now"
• Get growl notifications of your reminders

Setup

To set up Fluid for Deadline with a nice dock icon, follow these steps:

1. Install and run Fluid
2. Enter http://deadlineapp.com in the URL field and Deadline as the name
3. Right click the following link and save it to your Desktop (you can delete it when you're done): dock-icon.png
4. Select Icon, Other, and then select the file you just downloaded (dock-icon.png)
5. Click Create

You can now copy your Deadline fluid app to your Applications folder and drag its icon to the dock.
